GOOD NEWS FROM OUR EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

I have received very good news from my doctor in Toronto!  The biopsy taken during the prostate surgery on May 29th has revealed that the cancer was contained to the prostate and no evidence in the surrounding tissue. 

The infection in the wound is improving daily, with the dressing now being changed every second day by the community health nurse.  I am making a steady recovery from the surgery.  It is good to be home after the three weeks in Toronto! 

I have appreciated all the expressions of concern and prayers.  Thank you for all the phone calls, e-mails and cards.
